This project focused on building and maintaining a weekly SMS channel designed to deliver short, encouraging messages to a growing audience. Messages were crafted to be concise, personal, and relevant to the rhythms of the week, typically arriving midweek when readers were most likely to need a moment of encouragement. The goal was to create a communication touchpoint that felt human rather than promotional, strengthening audience trust and connection.

02 — Creative process

Each message began with identifying a simple emotional or practical insight that would resonate with readers in their everyday lives. The copy was written to be short, clear, and conversational—optimized for the quick, mobile-first nature of SMS. Messages were also shaped by what was happening within the organization and through social listening, ensuring the content felt timely and relevant to the audience. By consistently delivering encouragement and value before introducing invitations or calls to action, the channel built trust and sustained engagement over time.
